      Determination of flavonoids in Seabuckthorn Leaves of Gansu

      [ Objective ] The contents of flavonoids in seabuckthorn leaves from differenr regions and growing periods in Gansu Province were studied to provide scientific basis for the evaluation and utilization of seabuckthorn resources. Methods:The conrenc of flavonoids in seabuckthorn leaves wera derermined by HPLC and compared.Rrsults:The contents of rotal flavonoids in seabuckthom leaves were 35 mg/g. which were rich in myricerin(0.62 mg/g).isorhamnetin(0.39 mg/g). Conciusion:It is necessary to further research on Gansu seabuckthom leaves in order to make scientific and rarional use of seabuckthom resources.
